Prior to joining F3C, Mr. Hawkins was an Investment Banking Analyst based in New York at Capital One Securities where he worked on generalist mergers & acquisitions across sell-side, divestiture, private valuation, and buy-side transactions. While at Capital One, he focused on majority control stake transactions for public, private, and sponsor-backed portfolio companies across a variety of industries.

Mr. Hawkins holds a B.S. in Finance & Banking from the University of Missouri’s Trulaske College of Business.
