Brendan Moran

VICE PRESIDENT

Brendan Moran is a Vice President at Freedom 3 Capital and has nearly 12 years of experience in private credit, investment banking, and investment research.

Prior to joining F3C in 2026, Mr. Moran was an investment professional at Ares Management in the U.S. Direct Lending group. While at Ares, he analyzed potential investments across a variety of industries, originated new deal opportunities with private equity sponsors and intermediaries, and assisted in the portfolio monitoring process.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Moran was an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at J.P. Morgan, where he focused on executing leveraged debt financings for corporate and private equity clients. He started his career as an Analyst in the Asset Management division at J.P. Morgan. Mr. Moran holds a B.B.A. In Finance, with a supplemental degree in Theology, from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated as a Hesburgh-Yusko Scholar.
