Seun Adebo is an Associate at Freedom 3 Capital and has over four years of experience in private credit and investment banking.

Prior to joining F3C, Mr. Adebo was an Associate based in New York at Antares Capital, a Chicago-based private credit firm focused on sponsor-backed middle market investments. While at Antares, he focused on underwriting, structuring, and managing private debt and equity co-investment transactions across a variety of industries.

Prior to Antares, Mr. Adebo worked as an Investment Banking Associate in the Structured Finance group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He started his career as a Sales & Trading Analyst on the Cash Equity Trading desk at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Adebo holds a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
